2,291,061 bells tolled for thee
After the intense turning point coming February 17th, 2021, we’ll take off into a uniquely innovative and decidedly different trajectory for our lives because we’ve finally realized the full impact of living as though we have separate interests and separate destinies.
#1 Align yourself with the “get to work” as a global citizen by holding your light high on the Aquarius New Moon February 11, 2021. [11:05 AM PST]
#2 Boldly break new ground by your willingness to experiment with new ideas: Virgo Full Moon, February 27, 2021.
#3 We have enough wind beneath our wings now to lift us up and out of the muddy marshes of the past. Repeat often, “I cause my future.”
We’re gonna need a bigger pair of wings!
Plan to spread your wings like the enormous golden dove of peace shining from Lady Gaga’s inspiring performance of the national anthem on January 20, 2021. It’s time for us to rise above the turmoil of the world--with faith in the goodness of mankind.
Archetypal Astrology is the study of a transcendent language of light. Because the ego can only operate in the dark, archetypal astrology has the happy side effect of bypassing ego and making a beeline for the light. What cued me into the importance of his story was the date it happened, January 13th, 2021, was the first New Moon of the New Year 2021. The first New Moon following the Winter Solstice—the return of light. It is always in the sign of Capricorn—leadership with fairness and integrity.
I found an example of making a beeline for the light in a school teacher named Jacob.
Here’s the story about a star falling to Earth--an archetypal image reflecting the light of Heaven on Earth. It mirrors the astrological energy that sets the stage for 2021.
On January 23rd, 2021, the Apple good news spotlight was shining on 34 year old Jacob Kohut, a music teacher and National Guardsman from Fairfax VA. He was called to duty in Washington DC on January 13th as part of the precautions we now must take to safely inaugurate the President of the United States.
It was Jacob’s choice to do double duty. The news photo shows him sitting in the back of a Humvee in military uniform, a computer propped against the seatback, and both hands holding his flute. He’s teaching a music lesson to his virtual classroom of elementary school students.
In an interview with the principal of his school, we’re told that Jacob teaches the importance of practice, determination and resilience.
Knowing all that about Jacob, can you guess what song he was teaching his students? Ode to Joy!
For 2021, the watchword is teaching.
Jacob was fulfilling his purpose as a messenger of light and love on Earth, expressing it through his unique talents. That is your purpose too. And mine.
The unique expression of your purpose can be found in your Sun sign.
Your Moon sign is the way in which you fulfill that purpose.
Integrity was the watchword for Capricorn—the ruling energy of all of 2020. For 2021, the watchword is teaching. We face a test of faith after weathering enormous life challenges.
Here’s the formula for success in 2021:
Wisdom +Intuition = Divine Perception.
Be a bringer of the light by walking the mystical path with practical feet— pausing daily to look up. Their is a benevolent Force more powerful than anything on earth.
Drink the elixir of childlike innocence
We can see that all heroes quests, all shamanic journeys or pilgrimages are seeking the same Holy Grail-- the knowledge that we are all One. We understand that is true when we drink from the holy grail’s elixir, childlike innocence. This is what dissolves demonic ego, which is the same thing as dissolving the belief in separation.
Knowing we are one among many, we return to our true Self— the spirit and light of Love. We are shining that light into the darkness.
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.” Martin Luther King Jr.
A new dawn
People who feel empty inside attach themselves to extreme opinions.
The gift of a fresh start! We engage with trials and tribulations, yet with faith in nature's rejuvenations, we delight in the morning’s dew on a new day.
It echoes from eternity and is heard in the voice of the young Poet Laureate, Amanda Gorman:
From Amanda Gorman, The Hill We Climb:
When day comes we step out of the shade,
aflame and unafraid
The new dawn blooms as we free it
For there is always light,
if only we're brave enough to see it
If only we're brave enough to be it
The Aquarius Sun carries solar-powered goodwill and a great generosity of spirit which is needed for the equitable distribution of justice, kindness and love toward all mankind. We gladly embrace our role as a global citizen.
Understanding, kindness and goodwill-- and a protective vaccine!
Any man's death diminishes me,
Because I am involved in mankind.
And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls;
It tolls for thee.
